Extremely happy with the service from the first phone call all the way up to the pick up of the vehicle. I did ask for the key to be left in vehicle unlocked because I didn’t bring the spare got there and it was locked so a 30 minute trip turned into a 2 1/2 hour trip other then that all went flawlessly thank you .

I bought my daughter’s vehicle in for 3 things. Oils change, brake check and a check engine light. The first 2 items were completed. The check engine light was addressed as follows: service advisor told me he could not explain it and I would have to talk service manager. I did so, even the service manager seemed to act oddly. I was told it was a mass airflow sensor that would need replacing and he would have to order parts and would call me to schedule another visit. So far more than 24 hours later no call. I will give him until a few more days but I’m not expecting he will call. I imagine I will have to show up in person and “remind” him of our conversation.
