Jonah was good at keeping me updated but at the beginning of the appointment I added that my car needed an oil change and was assured it would get done before my car was ready. Jonah called me yesterday 05/08 and told me my car was complete. When I came to pick it up today I asked if the oil change had been done. I was told im not sure my paperwork doesn’t tell me that let me check. He checked the oil level in the car and it showed 25%. I was unable to wait because I had to relieve my babysitter but Jonah assured me he would take care of it and make sure mobile service came out and serviced my car. They called and scheduled it but informed me I was being charged full price. I would bring my car to Akins but my work schedule next week doesn’t permit it. I scheduled the service but I’m a little upset that my car was up there for weeks and they missed the oil change

It was done in the amount of time which was great. The only problem was that I mentioned a coupon when I bought it in but when I went to check out, the coupon wasn’t added so it took a while to get straight. By this time the vehicle was put back in the lot so then had to wait for it to be pulled back up.
