Picking up my car the service rep Alan Traugott never even came to me and explained anything. A young lady got my information and said she was going to let him know and then she came back. This experience has been the MOST unprofessional experience I have EVER had with AKINS. I get a text that says something is broken a MONTH after my car had been in the shop. I spoke to Josh Kerns a number of times during this experience and I believe he was honestly trying to make this better. But was disappointed when he told me he would reach out to me the end of the week to let me know the parts had arrived and when I could expect to pick up the car. 2 weeks go by and I get a text from Alan the car was ready. Once getting the invoice the original reason we came was for an oil change and it wasn’t on the invoice. There are MANY things listed that were not explained. I’m disappointed in the service with Akins COMPLETELY. As well as JEEP products. This is the 2nd oil leak. It has less than 20,000 miles.
