Akins always go the extra mile! I just stopped by to get my tires looked at because I was going out of town on a road trip. I felt like I needed new tires. I didn’t have to make an Appointment for another day. They immediately took care of it!

Worst experience by far. Customer service and communication was non existent. After almost two weeks at your dealer, I get my truck back with 1 of multiple issues resolved. After discussing with your dealership I was told the service tech failed to annotate the multiple issues why the Ram was in for repairs again. This was even after the mobile team pulled multiple codes and showed me the results. The dealer texted me and called me to confirm my apt that was made, my truck spent 4 days at the dealer before even being looked at then not fixed! I communicated exactly what was going on with my truck, your tech failed to type it in as well as then having Jay pull the report from the mobile team on 9 Aug. just because the service manager told me Neil got fired doesn’t fix the dealers issue with training its service techs to annotate what the customer is stating is going on, then being dismissed when you call to find out what is going on with your vehicle.
