I don’t like how long you have kept my vehicles even before giving a diagnostic. Then I just get my truck back from your repair - 2200 dollars worth. Then the water pump goes out. Another 1200 dollars. You pay your mechanics on commission on how much they charge the consumer. I lost my faith in Akins and just can’t come back. Don’t trust you. Sorry, we had been buying from you guys since the 80’s. Just can’t anymore

I was the only vehicle in the intake bay when I first drove up was told my oil change would STILL be 90 minutes. It ended up taking 2.5 hours for an oil change..!???????? Been buying cars from Akins for 30 years and have never waited that long on an oil change.
