Jonah has been great to work with. I've had an ongoing issue with a recall since May and Jonah has made this issue manageable. I appreciate the great customer service I've received and his attention to detail. I have been frustrated with Ford for the number of recalls and issues I've had since purchasing this vehicle; however, Jonah has helped make the experience the best as possible.
