Jonah Toncz was professional, respectful and courteous throughout the entire process. If this was my dealership, I would hire more people with his skillset to handle the calls for updates coming in. I had called on a couple different timeframes and was unsuccessful in reaching him due to him being with other customers at the time, to no fault of his own. He reached back to me via the phone at his earliest convenience which I am very grateful for. I fully respect and trust in Jonah and your dealership; based on his performance and interactions with me. I waited almost 15 minutes before someone helped me. All the employees were standing around chatting but nobody offered to help me. I was the only truck in the bay. After I was there about 5 minutes a young lady came by and asked if I was being helped. When I told her I hadn't, she spoke into her microphone and asked someone to help me. It was another 10 before a bearded gentleman asked if had been helped. When I told him I hadn't he went got a servoce agent to help me. I was there for the Quick Lane service and it took another hour to service my truck once he helped me.
Normally I have excellent service. I think it was just an off day.
