I brought my new 2024 explorer in on 12/20/24 for oil change and also to fix the plastics under the front of the car. I noticed the bolts had fell out I removed the clips and installed zip ties to make it in with out any further damage told the guy what I needed and clips was in the cup holder. Was told after service that all plastics was secured properly . On the way home it sounded like it had came loose again. I looked and it wasn’t fixed at all the only thing they did was install a bolt for the skid plate which looks cross threaded. If someone in charge could give me a call at ****-****-xxxx to discuss further repairs it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I’ve been coming to Akins for fews years now, but this is the first time I wasn’t greeted upon arrival, despite there being at least seven employees present. Three female employees were huddled together right where I stopped, chatting without acknowledging me. Meanwhile, the others appeared to be doing their own thing. I had to get out of my vehicle, walk past everyone, and go to the front desk to ask if anyone was available to assist me. I had an appointment, yet it seemed like no one was prepared to receive me.
