We dropped the car off on a Monday evening and picked it up the following Thursday afternoon, so we were without a car for 10 days. When the car was dropped off, we already gave the information that it was an EVAP problem, but it wasn’t until that Friday that they said they were still trying to figure out what the problem was. Vehicle was fixed, and the customer service was excellent, however, the amount of time that the car was kept was an issue. In looking at a dealership when considering to buy a new car, this makes it less likely that we would consider this location, due to the fact that anytime a car is dropped off we are told it could be 72 hours before they even look at it. If that part of the service could be improved, that would change the entire experience. I would like you to know that the vehicle was working fine and could still be driven the entire 10 days, and I would have appreciated being able to just bring it in when they were ready to fix it. Again, customer service was excellent, and the issue was resolved, but having someone without a vehicle for 10 days when most of that time was spent with nothing being done to the car was a concern. Thank you for allowing us to comment.
