Even though I had an appointment, it took considerably longer than expected to complete the service. I was there on time(11:30 and left at 4:40 The lady at the counter had to called the representative to ask him for the status of my unit. Also I specifically requested a complimentary car wash and they did not comply. I am NOT pleased and I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.
