I was very impressed with Toyota Employee Roberto Rojas. He made me feel welcome and I immediately trusted him
with his suggestions for the first check up of my Toyota Corolla, which I bought at Toyota Autocentro.
Regarding the actual service, it was OK but it really lacked details that would make a customer very happy - example: the floor of the driver’s seat was a bit dirty. It would have been really nice if anyone could have used a vacuum cleaner and clean it. It would take no time and it would show that you really care about your customers.
