El trato y servicio es de primera como siempre pero entiendo que 4 horas para un cambio de aceite y filtro es un periodo de espera demasiado extendido más cuando es con cita previa.

El servicio y las piezas están CARÍSIMOS. Casi $900 por cambio de pasa y discos de frenos? Otros talleres lo hacen mucho más económico. Lo mismo con el filtro de aire, que cotizaron sobre $50 por algo que puedo hacer yo mismo en 15 minutos. Al menos corrigieron la válvula del coolant libre de costo.

I always had Toyota, except for four years when I bought a BMW X5. When the warranty ran out, I switched it to the RAV4 because the X5 made a noise in the trunk that they could never figure out how to fix it, so I return to my trustworthy Toyota. I always been very satisfied with the Toyota service, but this year I had to spent a couple of bucks in February and when I remembered that I had extended warranty I called to inform it but car had already been fixed, so the warranty didn't cover the repair. I truly believe that the service person could have seen that when I left the car. Today, besides the routine maintenance service I had to spend another couple of bucks fixing other problem that started about a month after the last repair. Two big charges in 2025. That didn't happened with my 2 previous 4Runners. Maintenance prices have gone up substancially. Today's service advisor was very attentive and helpful.
