I never received confirmation of my appointment, called ahead to be sure I was scheduled. Due to system issues, I'm not sure if I was actually scheduled but was told to come in. My appointment took 3hrs for a routine oil change, but I know things happen. Micheal H was apologetic and accommodating which I appreciate. I am still overall happy with my visit and have never had a bad experience with servicing my vehicle at this location. Thank you !
