Fundamentally, I think your Parts and Service Teams suffer from a lack of communication. I scheduled a relatively simple repair (door handle replacement for my Kia Sirrento). After delays, confusion in parts ordered, I was told my car was ready for pickup 48 hours later. When I went to pick up, door handle was not replaced, and a significant amount of confusion was displayed by your entire team. I waited an hour for them to repair something they could have easily accomplished 2 days prior. Although attempts at Service recovery were appreciated, the level of incompetency with simple communication does not speak well for yor company.

I called to make an appointment for several recalls, Tim and Mindy Cardwell explained what options were available, which parts had to be ordered due to Supply Inventory. Gave me a window to bring in the Kia Rio for service. Greeted by name upon arrival. Offered hot and cold beverages, walked me to the waiting area after showing me the 2023 Kia Optima. SUPERFANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE from our interactions over the phone to in person. Thank you for the Hersey Bar treats. I did receive a text message once I was signed in for service and also upon completion of my Kia Rio being serviced. Mindy retrieved my keys; and suggested that I let:Louie, Etore’ & Darlene know that She recommended them to sale me the New Kia I was shown. Thank you Mindy Mindy Cardwell.

The service fee for use of my credit card is unfair. Not knowing cost for various parts & labor the customers' first option is to use a credit card. When car service is rendered card fees should be waived. That's sound business practice.
