From what I understand my car has a warranty of 100,000 miles or ten years service is free. Whenever the goes to Essington I am never charged and I was told I could take my car to any Kia dealer and that would honored. Can you look into that or return the 87.00 I was charged.

My car sat out in the lot after the service was completed for about 30 mins. Until I approached the service advisor and asked if I could get my car because it had been just sitting there for a while. The service advisor said he was actually doing my paper work but it took probably another 15 mins. I don’t think I should be the one that’s asking if my car is ready when obviously I saw the technician bring in my work order. If the service advisor was busy with other customers I would totally understand but he was not.
