I was there the longest I’ve ever been since bringing my car to Johnstons. Over 2 hours just for me to go to speak with someone and ask them was everything ok with my car. Find out that the gentleman who was suppose to assist me just left not sure exactly where never came to get me while my car was already done. The young woman who ended up helping me went on his empty desk found my stuff handled the paperwork and had someone retrieve my keys and bring my car up. I mean I understand things happen but that was totally unprofessional to just leave and not say anything whilst my car was done I literally came in at 11am and left the shop at 1305hours.
