Very useful shuttle services- instead of waiting at toyota for 5 hours, the shuttle took us home (up to 6 miles) and then came to pick us up to bring back to Toyota to get my car.
Snacks and quiet room available in waiting area
Very nice folks at check in desk, super friendly shuttle driver and cheerful Florida man at the drop off.

Simple oil change and rear windshield wiper change. Service employee caused unnecessary damage to the customers vehicle in a high traffic area, the steering wheel. Employee is lacking follow up with the customer. Reached out to Service Manager. No response. Need help. Quality is lacking with this dealership.
