Rich listened to my concerns. He was empathetic to the situation we were in at Seattle Children’s Hospital and the breakdown in communication with the service department. Rich stepped up to make things right. He went to great lengths to research what had happened to our Highlander. The transmission was rechecked along with all of the codes. The computer system was thoroughly vetted for any flags or warning lights. In addition, items not included in an automatic dashboard warning were checked. The car was driven under varying conditions, parked and remarked. Rich wanted to make sure I felt completely comfortable having my son behind the wheel and knew without doubting that the car was safe to drive. We appreciate the extent to which Rich reached out to make this happen for our family. We have always been a Toyota family and will continue to put our trust in Toyota of Puyallup.

My specific experience with Logan was fine. I only dropped my car off with him and someone else checked me this afternoon.
New Key: I have not tried the new key yet but my car has been telling me that it has a new key and contact the dealership. I'm not sure what that's about since the dealership is on that gave me the key. It might have been nice to have a service advisor walk me to my car to go over that.
Condensation: I appreciated it being looked into but I was not completely satisfied with the instructions. I was told that until something else comes up to just monitor the issue. Then when I got my car, the driver's seat was halfway soaked. We asked the porter how long it has been like that and he didn't know but that it could have been from someone or something. I was not pleased to see my car seat wet after I brought it for a condensation issue.
Otherwise my initial interaction with Logan was fine.

Logan, himself, did an absolutely fantastic job. My issue is with the recall repair process. I was informed of a recall (tonneau bed cover) and came in to address it. Was told, nearly a half year, a fix was coming and the dealer is to just remove it. My removal was mid-coded as a completed job and was not informed when the fix was available for months. At the time of removal I informed that the cover was leaking and was told to wait for the recall fix, now after the seal is warped more and was told talk to contact customer care. Unacceptable to keep kicking the can down the road at my time and expense.
