I was not told my vehicle was complete. I had to call a day later to find out it was actually done on Thursday but I was not notified. Also wasn’t reimbursed for the bad customer service. I will get my vehicle serviced somewhere else from now on.

Asked to have tires inflated to their proper psi’s. Not done. Went to Discount Tire to have it properly done. Asked if it was done upon paying. I was told yes but bring it back if it was not. Really, why would I bring it back if you didn’t do it the first time.

The diagnostic report that I received stated that all fluids were topped off. When I got home, I checked my washer fluid and I could not see any. Doesn’t mean they didn’t add any, but they definitely didn’t top it off. Did they check the antifreeze levels? Wasn’t sure if that was one of the items on the check list or not. No other issues and very friendly people
