It would have been best if the Prius air conditioning had been tested *before* incurring a $300 evac & recharge cost. If the intermittent fault isn't present, there's no point in poking around.

Everything fine, with the exception of the addition of an $8.00 charge for “shop materials”. You should include these costs in the price of the particular service, not as some add-on at the end the bill. Deceptive pricing.

Constant mixup with vehicles, see was rushing to complete the service she was forgetting important details, I had to have the manager step in, and she also informed me the I had no more free service when in fact I have a platinum coverage 5 years or 55000 miles. I was so unsatisfied with here service
