I was greeted when I pulled into the service area was told it would take Approximately an hour to do the service I need done. The vehicle was delivered to me within the time frame they said and the work was performed. However I thought $107 oil and filter change and rotate the tires is a little on the high side but I suppose everything cost more in today's world.

I was charged close to $73 for an oil change. For that price I would expect my car to at least be vacuumed but it wasn't. That price is way to high for just an oil change

It would be better if a clean tire bag be automatically put back to the spare tire compartment in stead of having the customer ask for one after the spare was used and tire replacement was done at the dealership. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the work done by the advisor Nick and the technician. Thank you all very much!

Garrett was pretty responsive and I don’t think I have any qualms with him. However, I tried to get in contact with Boch Honda West quite literally dozens of times throughout today in order to arrange a pickup (what Garrett had told me I could do). Whether I called Garrett’s number or Boch Honda West Service number, I never got a response. I’m pretty sure Garett just wasn’t working that day so I don’t blame him for not responding, but I don’t feel much confidence when I can’t contact the place that is fixing my car at all despite trying dozens of time throughout the day. I had no trouble talking to someone instantly when I took an Uber and got there in-person, so it seems unlikely this was just a matter of “being swamped.” I would think that these sorts of creature comforts would be the reason to go with a 1st party repair/service rather than 3rd party, and it saddens me to see it seems to not be the case. Not getting my car when expected because of this added real cost and hassle to my work day.
