Eric was fine. But it took way too long (three hours for an oil change and inspection). And it appears the technicians did not tighten to oil plug (my car is currently leaking oil, we’ll see tomorrow morning). And they suggested a wiper change, but did not have the parts; I later went to an auto parts store, and bought new inserts, but the store told me my wipers were fine. So I question why the Boch Honda technicians suggested a change.
