My car got its tire fixed and got to get my oil change same day so that was very convenient, but Jarrod seemed annoyed to help me with my tire situation not sure why but as a customer Ill continue to go to Lexus just not with him.

Everything about your service is great except one thing. I consistently have to wait a long time for my vehicle after getting my claim tickets and being directed to wait outside. Today it was 30 minutes waiting outside. And it’s not that the valets are busy. They were mostly standing around. Two ignored me when I asked for help.
