Tony was friendly, professional, and handled my service in a very fast manner. He provided me a solution for my ride to and from the dealer and even called me when it was finished. I have not always had a great experience a crown Lexus but as a result of Tony I will continue to return for service.

I waited to much. It was out of the car wash and waited a hour more than what I was told to find out my car had been done over a hour ago. Just sitting in the lot. No one told me I had to get a ticket fron the cashier. Very poor communication with staff informing customers. Very upset because I also had my baby with me waiting in the lobby all this time.
