I was so dissatisfied and discouraged with my experience at the Riverside dealership, so I decided to try Ontario. I am so glad I did. What a great experience! I was treated so well, my service provider went out of his way to help with me, all the staff was courteous and the dealerships was small but very nice!
I believe I was taken advantage of at the Riverside dealership. They are dishonest and unprofessional and I was definitely overcharged for my rx350. I will never deal with them again.
I plan on making Ontario Crown Lexus my dealership of choice! I will be recommending Crown
