Most satifuee with Fiona's "Service Excellence".
I was MOST DISSATISFIED with the washing of My car RX 350 - and I'll tell you WHY? (They didn't clean the Interior (windows-front and back or the dashboard ..) I have Cronic Arthritis and a SeniorCitizen; and can't reach to clean these areas - NORMALLY I TAKE IT TO CAR WASH- but I had a "fender-bender" and didn't trust car wash machinery before repaired.) I won't even begin to mention the additional disappointment of the cleaning of the hubcaps...(3 "cleaned" Hub-caps and 1 NOT!) PLEASE KNOW - I DIDN'T EXPECT A "DETAILED" TRADITIONAL JOB; However, I did EXPECT a JOB WELL DONE; ESPECIALLY WHEN I PAID OVER $400.00 FOR A BASIC MTCE CHECK) I'm Proud to Support local businesses for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...I EXPECT THE MTCE TEAM TO SUPPORT MEMBERS OF YOUR STAFF LIKE FIONA -WHO SAID " Our TEAM IS THE BEST- THEY WILL WASH YOUR CAR FOR YOU"...I think they let her down..they most certainly let Me down...

Mr. Santos was very professional and caring. He made me feel comfortable as I was requesting the service to be performed. He listened to my concerns and repeated the services that l wanted completed. He later gave me suggestions for services to be performed in the future. Additionally, he let me know that my maintenance plan was good until sometime in 2026. He provided excellent customer service.
