I purchased my 2018 RX350 from Keyes Lexus of Valencia in September of 2021. Lexus (Keyes) forced me to pay for a third party alarm system (KARR).
Now just over two and a half year it malfunctions and causes my horn engage. Your dealership ((Crown) wants over $750.00 to disconnect it (when I didn’t want it in the first place). And your service advisor wanted me to call Keyes Lexus of Valencia to resolve this issue! Your service advisor contacted Kerr and they came to remove their alarm system. It’s now out of my car and I am leaving it out. BTW - I have dealt with better service advisors than the advertiser I had yesterday. She seemed not to be too concerned with my issue.

I truly appreciate the service advisor that worked with me this time however, I think that it would be nice to have the same advisor considering that I have been a customer for many of years now, I think it would be nice being able to communicate with the same person and develop more of a relationship with the advisor and the business.
