Oh my gosh, Alfred is one of your best. He was so patient and so professional explaining everything to me very well so that I could understand it. I was a little upset because it was costing me more than I expected to pay, but I really really needed it and he showed me how and why I needed it . he made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that he was there for me if I needed anything.

Michael O’Connor is an excellent advisor. He assisted me on the telephone the day prior scheduling my appointment and letting me know what was included with the service. On the day of my appointment Michael greeted with a smile and positive attitude. He explained what was going to be done. While waiting in the lounge area Michael came over to make sure I was ok and asked if I needed anything. He personally came over to let me know when my car was finished being serviced.
