From the moment of my arrival at Crown Lexus, George Gonzalez went above and beyond in the personalization of my service ensuring that I was greeted quickly and that my and my vehicles needs were met fully. He patiently listened as I reviewed the concerns I had about the performance of the vehicle and He was very thorough in explaining all the protocols and recommendations that were made by the vehicle manufacturer. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable about the vehicle components and educated me on some nuances about the vehicle for which I was previously unaware. George extended extraordinary patience to me and I never felt rushed at all. If I didn’t know any better, I would have thought I was George’s only customer that entire day! Overall, George demonstrated it The Lexus Way, but his own way, which to me put the icing on my Crown Lexus Customer Experience!
