Michael was great but Crown Lexus needs to look at their dealership and figure out why it takes over 3 hours to do my first 5k service. Way too long , I have important business to attend to rather than sitting around the dealership.

George was great. He saw that no one had come out to help me and came to see if I needed help. I had been waiting for over 30 minutes when he came out even though he was clearly busy from what I could see in the window. He was very nice and honest about what needed to be done with my car and not try to sell me a service that was in my warranty like others have done when I come for service.
