It was refreshing to have a more mature person like Michael helping me. I, like many, am tired of all the millennials and gen z who think they know everything when they actually know very little. I still say I should not have had to wait four months to get squeaky brakes fixed, for a $125,000 vehicle, that’s just outrageous.
I now want the tint that the dealership had added removed from the rear window - I told Crown salesman it’s so dark that it’s impossible to see cars behind me, but he didn’t do anything to fix. Do I call Michael to get the tint on that window removed?
