If I could leave no stars I would. Horrible customer service I truly wish I bought another luxury brand. Maybe it’s me, every time I drop my car off at Crown Lexus, it’s an issue off delay and unprofessionalism. A little customer service goes a long ways. Our car has a vibration that is shakes the car at stop. We were told it’s normal. “ I doubt very seriously a 2024 RX350 was intended to vibrate the whole cabin, as well engineered as it is.” We have a close friend that has the same car and she has no problem’s and or defects concerning her RX 350. I take offense in the technician telling me it’s normal. Then when we picked the car up the lady working with us told us the same thing. It’s custom service listen to your customers complaints instead of reminding me of your survey. Not to mention it took 20 minutes to check our vehicle check in. Also there is a Michael Cummingson, “ I may have missed spelled his name but he didn’t help at all, he was arrogant and didn’t portray simple customer service. Instead of telling my you have a customer, show me to someone that isn’t working with someone or tell me why you took the customer after me because I was here 20 before the client your working with. I would love to tell my story in detail if possible. ****-****-xxxx.

I came in for first service and mentioned a noise concern. Everything was handled professionally. It was somewhat embarrassing to find that the noise was caused by a water bottle. Frank Sepulveda took care to resolve all issues and concerns.
