Alfred was great. Made sure our car was serviced and explained everything well. Definitely would go back and work with him anytime as our service writer when our car needs service.

George’s service was exceptional. Had a minor issue with the interior cabin filter after we picked up the car, in that there was a humming sound, turns out a leaf was stuck on the filter after service inspection, discovered after George called a technician to immediately check on the issue.

While George was extremely good. Bit disappointed that with an oil change they don’t rotate tires. For the price of what you charge to rotate tires I can go to America’s Tires- rotate/ and balance them. Lexus as an entity has really decreased their customer services.
I have owned 7 of them, typically replace every 3-4 years. And no I don’t lease.
For a 130$ oil
Change- rotate the darn tires!
