Zachary was fine. But it took nearly a month to resolve what was supposedly a 2-3 hour fix. It took a week to diagnose the problem, then two weeks to get the part and then a week to schedule and two days to do the job (2-3 hrs?)
I’ve been a Toyota owner for over 20 years…… I am ready to sell this truck back to Toyota and move on.
