Did not rotate all tires due to the wear on a back tire that has a lifetime guarantee. Very disappointing

Drove up checked in right at appt time drove it straight back.wait wasn't as bad as I thought.Only thing the refreshment department wasn't filled up.Hardly any fruit.Snacks only had a couple with some empty.Coffee was old and to strong.But service department was on it.Guy came and talked to me was super nice he did a great job.

The waiting area needs attention badly. All the seats are ripped and the area looks uninviting. Also the bathroom area needs some attention. Sink drains look disgusting.

Drivers side seat isn’t right, foam back isn’t right, hopefully new parts will fix problem. Service manager said another 2025 Camry had the same problem. Hopefully new part and another service appointment will fix problem.
