Mr. McNeese was very knowledgeable and helpful. But, I would also like to pay compliments to John Willoughby. John has helped us with service, maintenance, new parts and accessories ever since we came to Coad (when it was previously Mike Smith Toyota). He is our “go to guy” at Coad anytime we have needed ANYTHING!!! And, he helped us this time just as much as Mr. McNeese did.
The work we just had done was a very major repair. I am hoping that the excellent service we have always gotten at Coad holds true this time also. Time will tell. Thank you!

I was amazed that they had the cruise control fixed in less than 10 minutes!! Best service ever!! The manufacturer of the current tire I have on the truck suggest approx 40psi. During my recent visit the pressure was set from 30-32 per the instrument panel on the dash. No dissatisfied by this, but still adds a step that I have to preform after I had the truck serviced.
