Please let the owner know immediately if service is not going to be performed. I waited 90 minutes only to be told the tires were not rotated and balanced because of tread. The tires have less than 25000 miles on them. A cheap tire will have at least a 40000 mile life. Seems to be very inferior tires sold on the Highlander. In any case, my time is valuable and I feel I wasted my time. Timely reporting to the owner is important. If I was told within 30 minutes, I could have been on my way. The front service staff was cordial; however, that did not make my experience a positive one.
