It took 3 hours for an oil change and battery replacement. It feels like an excessive amount of time for two pretty simple and routine items. I don’t want to spend 25% of my weekend waiting at the dealership. I plan to find a new place to have my vehicle maintained.

The amusing thing was receiving a message that Toyota was paying the dealership 40-something dollars for the service. ???? now I get why dealerships do the add-on/value added services. She could have promptly taken care of me so I could have left and gone home to Salem. The air filter was installed and the technician dropped a paper with the keys on her desk. Yet took her a while to get to me. Otherwise things went well.

I had a problem with my 2008 Scion. I had done a personal dino. It said spark plug misfire cylinder 2. I call for cost for professional Dino. Out our calling five auto mechanics, two were hire priced and three were the same. One could get me in today. Two and a half hours later I was given my vehicle. I drove it out . A mile later I was concerned about how it was running. I took it back. They apologized reduced it and fix it apologized again with no additional cost.

I own a Lexus RX 350, and I totally love the fact that I can have 95 percent of my upkeep done locally rather than drive an hour to Portland to have it serviced at a 30-50 percent upcharge. I would gladly have paid for the 20 minute labor cost to install a new rear bulb , but your service team waived the cost. Really I want you to stay in business so I have someone local to take care of my Lexus.
