Thomas was very pleasant, but I did not really understand what he was telling me about the issues with my car. I asked some clarifying questions, which he answered, but I still didn’t entirely understand. However, I do appreciate that after my car had been in the shop for about two hours, he came to tell me that the work on my car would likely take a day or two, and he offered me the option of bringing the car back at a more convenient time for me. At one point while I was waiting, he also offered to give me a ride home and back, which I appreciated.

That you recommended I should have an alignment to assure Michelin’s mileage warranty looks like an illegal “tying arrangement” of two products. The warranty cannot be conditioned upon another product. They must be available independently.
There was no evidence that I needed an alignment by shoulder wear.
