45 minutes after leaving your place my car battery was dead. Although i only had my oil changed/ the paperwork said that my battery had been checked and was fine. This did not give me ant confidence in your mechanics

I paid over $400 for a transmission service. I was told this was a fluid exchange and would also change the filter if there was one. On the receipt it showed there was only 4 units of transmission fluid charged and a gasket. No filter change. I over paid for a drain and fill, which is what is documented on the receipt. It was not a fluid exchange with filter as represented to me. A simple drain and fill would have been near half that amount. I’m not satisfied with what I was told was being done and what actually happened.

Tommy my service advisor was awesome! He was empathetic and did everything he could to make me feel better about my vehicle being serviced for major repairs. Unfortunately after spending over $3400, the problem still exists. Additional repairs that are required would cost over $1500, and I am not in a position financially to afford that. The work that was done by the original tech was all undone and then re-done because there was speculation by other technicians something may have not been done correctly by the original tech. Due to the vehicle still needing extensive additional work, it does make me question how well the work was done.
