I was satisfied with my customer's service. As far as is dealing with the deal, but when we come to having to pay for our service, when we had a service contract through oxcar, and then there was a billing problem with oxcar, and I had to pay out $75. And I have not received my money back from them yet. I don't even know if I'm going to get it. I have contacted them and they said that they had an issue with their pain problem at that time. They apologized. They said that should not happen again. But as far as the service goes, it was good. It's just that part of it just kind of confused me, because I called them, and they said that they should be able to pay over the phone, they tried to and then they said they couldn't. So I had to pay out for the bill, which I never had to do the time before. So it's not your problem, it was oxcart. First problem, so the service was a okay as far as what you guys did for us.Thank you very much
