All staff esp. Isaiah and Nick, very professional and helpful-but DLillard had not adequately screened area post construction, a nail on the property punctured my tire and it needed replacement: another 70 minutes delay. Grateful to Nick and Issiah (and my tire warranty).

And rather than showing me a list of services I might need, and their cost, why not review with me the past service history of the car you sold me last September, and help me plan ahead for recommended service?

Not satisfied overall when making an appointment for 830 and then its 45 minutes to an hour later before the service is started and I dont get how when you do this everyday and you know exactly how much oil and parts cost that whatbyou are told cost wise for the oil change is always less than what you are charged when no extra services were done just be upfront and say with fees and parts it will cost this much not tack on another 10nor more dollars after

You may want to check out your process - it's sending texts when no work was done.

No huge complaints but I did ask for the alignment check when I scheduled the appointment and it was not noted. That may be why it took an hour longer than estimated to complete the work. Had I known it would be over three hours I would have made other arrangements. Overall though everyone was friendly and the work on the vehicle appears to be satisfactory.
