Nick was great! No complaints about him. I am just dissatisfied that the dealership charges a $160 diagnostic fee when I told you exactly what and where the problem was, it was a minor problem (a hose with a hole in it), and it could be seen without taking the engine apart. I’m sure it took less than 5 minutes to locate the hole.

When I got in my vehicle to leave, there was a box that looked like it was for an air filter. I thought perhaps it was the cabin air filter that had been changed. No problem I will toss it when I get home. When I got home and I opened the box it was a new air filter of some sort. So my questions are these- is that my air filter? And if so was it supposed to be put in my vehicle? Did I get charged for a new one but didn’t receive it? Attention to detail seems to be lacking here.
