Jason is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Every experience I have had at SCHALLER ACURA over the last 17 yrs has been pleasant and very professional and I have always been treated respectfully. Can’t say enough good things about all the people that work at SCHALLER ACURA. I give SCHALLER Acura a 10 out of 10!

While waiting in line a man I’ve never seen before came from the back and asked if I was picking up my vehicle. I told him I was there to drop off and he instructed me to go back outside and get my vehicle and bring it into the garage. I motioned to my vehicle I was standing next to. He then told me to wait in line. This is the most insulting interaction I’ve ever had at your dealership. I’m not sure if he thinks women are idiots and do not know how to bring their vehicles in for service or if I in particular looked inept to him. This definitely overshadowed my experience but Jason was pleasant and my service was adequate. I’m not sure if you clean the inside of the car but it was not and a rag was left in the car. This wouldn’t be worth mentioning in any other visit I’ve had here
