I was there over 3 hours waiting for my car to get maintenance, the customer service interaction was great it was just the wait time that was too much for me. I thought that by coming here it would faster than the Downtown Toyota but it took even longer here. Also, the representatives DT would call or break down what maintenance my car needs while they are checking it, this place didn’t do that, the only thing that I was talked to about was the fluids and spark plugs my car needed due to it having 100,000+ miles.

Absolutely love Kanika! She is very thoughtful and goes out of her way to make sure my car didn’t need a service that had already been done recently.
She was very helpful when I needed something to eat (since it was near lunchtime) and told me where I could go that was nearby. She noticed I had my laptop and books with me and she offered to keep them in her cabinet so I did t have to carry them while I walked to get something to eat. She is the epitome of what an exemplary employee should look like. I appreciated the great service she provided.

Adviser said I had a nail on the side of my tire and not reparable. Nail was on the center of the tire which was reparable. If you lie about the nail I wonder if I even got an oil change. Hopefully management can call me
