I told the rep I wanted them to use bottle oil instead of hose oil for my car but he forgot to put the notes on the invoice so they put hose oil in my car. Also the worker who brought my car forgot to take off the e brake so my car was making a braking sound from the moment he move my car until stopped. Very poor customer service and poor attention to detail.

The service itself could have been quicker. It took about 3 hours for an oil change. Also I assumed my first complimentary service would have include an oil change considering I spent $50k at your dealership.
