Worst service I’ve ever received at any dealership or auto repair shop, let alone a LUXURY dealership. The incompetence is unbelievable. Mike, your head service manager, finally got involved and got things worked out. It’s obvious he knows how a luxury dealership service dept should operate. He was cordial, understanding, and most of all, able to figure out solutions. I would fire everyone in that place except Mile and have him hire a new team. What I saw at your shop would be very very hard to fix. Mike is the only reason I’m not leveraging some of my relationships to make sure people get fired. Very disappointing. If not for Mike.

It took you 9 weeks to fix an AC and gas tank on a newly purchased SUV, which should have gone through a full inspection prior to be placed on the lot. When reaching out to Cody for status updates, he would avoid my calls and would never call me back when he said he would. Your sales managers are just as worthless and are even worst at following up when they committed to. The only employee in your horrible staff that I dealt with, who I would ever do business with again is Steve, the service manager. Everyone else should be fired or re trained, because even McDonald’s has better customer service than they do.

Your charge for service is much to high. I was very surprised at the cost. I heard another customer at the next desk complaining about it. She asked her service writer why Arrowhead charges more than other Land Rover dealerships for the same services. Hopefully you really want your customers to tell the truth.
