The technician did a great job, and I appreciated the detailed inspection video and explanation. However, my experience was negatively impacted by the excessive wait time. I had an 11 a.m. appointment to check my brakes but ended up waiting over 4.5 hours for an inspection. During that time, there was minimal communication, and I noticed others being serviced more quickly. I had to ask multiple times for updates. While the inspection showed no issues, the long wait time and lack of communication made the process frustrating and inefficient.

I am appalled at Shaw’s and Areowhead BMW for not taking responsibility for breaking the windshield on my vehicle and not taking responsibility. When I brought the vehicle the windshield was intact. He tried to hide it and did not inform me that the window is broken but let me drive the vehicle away. This was totally shocking since I been coming therefor the last 5 years.

Original quote for air suspension rear back quoted was not correct. You called me a few hours after quoting it and said you made a mistake and it was $650 more. I kind of feel like that was a bit switch. I will not be coming back to arrowhead BMW for any service other than the free oil changes that I’ve paid for for three years. Good luck.
