I’ve been bringing my car in for services and last service I mentioned there was a problem with the start button, took it to another dealership where they where able to pull up the car has a alternator/ starter recall and come to find out there is some work needing to be done in the suspension, my extended warranty has just expired and why did bmw never catch this issue, could have saved me money.

Just moved us and 4 bwms here from texas. Sean was great. What was not great was: you guys dont have an alignment device, you guys didnt wash one of the cars after servicing, wiped one down with a sour rag and now it stinks inside, and your service people also serving as cashiers slows down pickup unreas9nably. Wont be back.

I was not kept informed as to when my vehicle could be picked up. When I called I was told the work was done, but he hadn’t received the keys yet. I would probably be done that afternoon, but plan on the next morning, he would call.
The next morning about 10 to check because I had an appointment in that part of town and wanted to avoid going home and coming back. I was told he hadn’t checked yet, but would call me back.
After my other appointment, I called and another Service agent checked and said it ready to be picked up. We then picked up the car.
Not the service I expect from BMW

Steve was great - he squeezed me in because he knew I was traveling and I have no BMW service center near my home.
