My husband and I thoroughly enjoy our visits to the Service Dept because of her. Great attitude with excellent service. Because of her great relationships with techs, our vehicle service repairs are always completed promptly.

It was a pleasure meeting Shawn! Very kind and friendly and is open to questions with responsive feedback. I knew I was alright entrusting my car with Shawn and Arrowhead BMW.

Management needs to get its head out of the sand. Charging an additional 3% for credit card usage is horrible. North Scottsdale doesn’t do this. It reminds me why I really don’t do business with your dealership. You don’t take care of your customers. It’s the reason I didn’t buy my latest car from you, even though I live 1.5 miles away. North Scottsdale BMW has my business. And in the future I’ll make sure to go out of my way to ensure they do the servicing, even for a simple flat tire.

Matthew is the best. Only good things to say about him, he’s always prepared, efficient, communicative and helps me understand what my vehicle needs and how I should prioritize it. I know I can just drop my vehicle off, a loaner will be waiting and I will be on my way and he will keep me posted every step of the way so I don’t have to worry or be hit with some unexpected expense or have to wait at the dealership for long periods of time . I will absolutely continue to bring my vehicle to him.

Manny Botello and Arrowhead provided the best BMW service experience I have had. Specifically, Manny and Arrowhead achieved in less than 4 days what my local dealership and my individual resources could not get done in 4 weeks. This is not an exaggeration. My X3 blew a fuse powering the fuel pump in the Arizona desert on August 20th. We were able to get the car towed the 70+ miles to Yuma. However, despite my contracting with a transport company to get the car moved to the dealership in Santa Fe NM (where I live and where the car had received all of its service), the car remained stuck in Yuma as no one picked up the contract. Fast forward 4 weeks where I tried to work the logistics through the transport company and my local dealership, I reached out to Arrowhead at the recommendation of the Mango auto shop manager in Yuma — the shop to which my car was originally towed. I was connected with Manny. Within one hour, he had helped me arrange for the car to get to Arrowhead. Within one day, transport was complete and Arrowhead had assessed the car. Within another day they had it fixed! Two days later, I flew to Phoenix, met Manny and picked up my car. Yay! I now have an adventure story with a happy ending —thanks to Manny! I am truly grateful. Thank you for letting me express how genuinely awesome I think Manny and the crew at Arrowhead are.
